Specialized Cleaning Group and Hydra-Wash Australia are expanding our Sydney operations and are looking for reliable, safety-focused operators to join our team based in Milperra.
Our work covers road sweeping, ride-on sweeping and high-pressure cleaning across construction sites, commercial properties, industrial facilities, car parks, roads and public areas throughout Sydney.
Experience is welcome but not essential. If you have the right attitude, are reliable and willing to learn, we provide full on-the-job training.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating road sweepers and ride-on sweepers across the Sydney metro area
- Carrying out commercial and industrial high-pressure cleaning
- Cleaning roads, construction sites, car parks, pavements and public areas
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
- Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any faults
- Working safely around live traffic,
construction sites and operational facilities
- Following site, environmental and WHS requirements
- Maintaining equipment and presenting machinery professionally
What You’ll Need
- Valid HR truck licence essential for road sweeper operators
- Current driver's licence for ride-on sweeper and pressure washing roles
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights and weekends when rostered
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude onsite
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
- Sweeping, pressure washing, construction or heavy vehicle experience is an advantage, but not essential
