About the opportunity

Work with our friendly and passionate team in a role that gives much work satisfaction. Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and emotional state Support end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and respect for personal wishes Follow the aged care code of conduct Participate in continuous improvement, including feedback, training,



and adapting care practices Document and communicate care information accurately within the organisation and with external providers Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

What you’ll bring

- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a team-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

Requirements

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

- A current police check
- Proof of current influenza vaccination
- Valid work rights
