JB Hi-Fi Online Team is seeking Peak Season Casuals to join the Customer Service Team for the busy Christmas period. Training begins mid September with shifts through February, based at our Southbank Support Office.

You will handle inbound calls, Live Chat, and emails about online orders, delivering solutions that enhance the customer journey and foster loyalty. Rotating rosters apply, and prior contact centre experience is welcome but not essential.
