Brotherhood of St Laurence – Frankston VIC is seeking an experienced Community Support Worker to join our Frankston team on a casual basis. The role provides centre-based social support and in-home care to aged individuals who require assistance to live independently.

You will deliver care in line with Care Plans, support carers, and help clients with daily tasks while promoting wellness and reablement. The position requires relevant qualification and current driver’s license.
