Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager to join Chiswick Manor Care Community, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver protected, high-quality, person-centred care in line with Aged Care Act 2024 and standards.

This hands-on leadership role balances clinical governance, workforce capability and operational performance, with responsibilities across care planning, admissions reviews, incident management and education.
