We are seeking an experienced Day Procedure Unit ANUM with advanced clinical skills in Anaesthetic and PACU nursing, complemented by experience in Endoscopy and Day Procedure Scrub/Scout roles. The successful applicant will bring solid clinical leadership capabilities, a commitment to the Mercy Values and National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, and a passion for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. As a growing public hospital serving Melbourne's western community, Werribee Mercy Hospital is committed to expanding access to high-quality healthcare services. With an exciting growth strategy underway, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to service development while advancing your professional career. Established in March 2023 to support the recovery of elective endoscopy services following the COVID-19 pandemic, the Day Procedure Unit has become an integral part of the hospital's surgical services. The unit currently consists of two dedicated endoscopy theatres, 11 PACU recovery bays, and purpose-built admission and discharge areas designed to support efficient patient flow and exceptional patient care. To meet increasing service demand and support future growth, an additional two operating theatres are currently under development and will further enhance the unit's capacity and capabilities.

- A compassionate, flexible, and positive leader with the ability to adapt to the varied responsibilities of the ANUM role, including floor coordination, clinical when required, portfolio management, staff support, and the promotion of protected, high-quality care aligned with NSQHS Standards and patient-centred outcomes.
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills,
