Factory Hand - Full‑Time | Small Workshop | Hands‑On Role

Findstaff is seeking a reliable, practical, can‑do Factory Hand to join a small, friendly workshop team. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety - not a warehouse pick‑pack job. Our client value's attitude more than experience : if you're willing to learn, take initiative and get stuck in, you'll fit right in.

Hours and Rate

Monday-Friday

7.30am-4pm - Early finishes on Fridays

$35.00ph

What You'll Be Doing

- Receiving and dispatching goods, including completing paperwork
- Operating a forklift (valid licence required )
- Deliveries and pick‑ups using the company ute
- Safely packing, strapping and securing oddly shaped parts on pallets
- General workshop cleaning and housekeeping
- Operating an overhead crane (training provided, no experience needed)




- Using battery tools such as drills and screwdrivers
- Labelling stock and engraving parts (training provided)
- Assisting the office team when required
- Supporting day‑to‑day workshop operations as needed

What We're Looking For

- Experience using battery tools (drill, driver, etc.)
- Someone practical, switched‑on and willing to learn
- Ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a small team
