As the Receptionist / Office Administrator , you will be the face of the corporate office and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to‑day operation of our workplace. You will deliver exceptional front‑of‑house service while supporting a broad range of office administration, facilities, onboarding and first‑line IT coordination activities.
This is a diverse and fast‑paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach. You will work closely with teams across the business, helping create a professional, welcoming and well‑organised office environment for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Front‑of‑House or similar administrative role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and procedures.
- A proactive, reliable and solutions‑focused mindset.
- Experience supporting office operations, facilities coordination, travel bookings or onboarding activities is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field are desirable but not essential.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience for visitors, clients and stakeholders.
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and visitor registrations.
- Maintain office, stationery and kitchen supplies, ensuring all shared spaces are organised and presentable.
- Manage meeting room presentation and assist with internal event setup and coordination.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and meeting bookings in line with company policies.
- Assist with fleet vehicle administration and office asset management.
- Provide first‑line support for routine IT and audio‑visual enquiries and coordinate with external providers where required.
- Support the People & Culture team with onboarding activities, workspace setup and new starter administration.
- Maintain records, reports and administrative documentation to support efficient office operations.
