Current Roles

ECT, Diploma Educators or Certificate 3 educators

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

- Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
- Develop, plan and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning
- Monitor and document children's progress & individual children's portfolios
- Mentor and guide less experienced staff within the centre
- Develop open communication channels with staff, children and families of the centre.
- Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues,



sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
- Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Job Requirements

- ECT, Diploma or Certificate 3 Qualifications recognised by ACECQA (or a willingness to obtain a qualification)
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- First aid, CPR and Asthmaand Anaphylaxis certificates
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
