Warehouse All-Rounder / Senior Warehouse Hand

Strapit Medical & Sports Supplies Pty Ltd is one of Australia's leading brands of sports tapes, sports medicine and rehabilitation products. We supply customers throughout Australia and internationally, selling directly to sports clubs, healthcare professionals, physiotherapy clinics, consumers, major sports medicine distributors, Amazon and other online marketplaces. As our business continues to grow both locally and overseas, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team immediately.

About the Role

This is far more than a standard pick and pack position. You will become an important member of our close-knit team of approximately 8 staff, taking ownership of many aspects of our warehouse operations.

The successful applicant will be involved in:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving and checking inbound freight and supplier deliveries.
- Coordinating domestic and international freight shipments.
- Liaising with freight forwarders and transport companies.
- Booking courier and freight consignments.
- Learning and using our warehouse systems, including Cin7 Core (formerly DEAR Inventory) and Shippit .
- Maintaining high levels of stock accuracy through regular stock takes and inventory control.
- Assisting with warehouse organisation, cleanliness and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing and supporting junior warehouse staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring orders are dispatched on time while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Working closely with our office,



customer service and purchasing teams.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, works well independently and takes pride in doing things properly.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience .
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Current Forklift Licence.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Highly Regarded

- Experience using inventory management software (particularly Cin7 Core/DEAR).
- Experience using shipping platforms such as Shippit.
- Experience with international freight and freight forwarders.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring warehouse staff.
- Experience within medical, sporting goods or e-commerce businesses.
