IT Hero is a hands-on field role where you will travel to customer sites and assist with the installation, setup and basic troubleshooting of IT equipment. This is a casual position based in Reynella, South Australia.
You must have practical hand skills, be comfortable using tools, possess a basic understanding of computers and IT, and be willing to learn. You will work directly with customers, documenting work and communicating clearly to ensure satisfaction.
