Telum Workmates Group is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join our team and work across a range of major civil and infrastructure projects throughout South West & West Sydney.

If you’re experienced on civil sites, enjoy hands-on work and want consistent hours with reputable contractors, we want to hear from you.

About the Roles

- Manual excavation and trenching
- Installing and laying conduits, pipes and services
- Assisting operators with civil works
- Using hand and power tools
- Concrete cutting and breaking
- General site clean-up and labouring
- Assisting with formwork, concreting and reinstatement
- Spotting plant and assisting trades
- Following SWMS and site safety procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

- Experienced civil labourers or have relevant construction experience




- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Safety-focused and switched on
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Hold a Construction White Card
- Additional tickets such as roller and compactor tickets are highly regarded but not essential.
