We are looking for a Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team in this varied role, supporting both our patients at the front desk and our clinical team when required.
About the role
This is a hands‑on, varied position where you will play an important part in keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring our patients have a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing warm, qualified customer service
- Managing phone calls, emails, enquiries and appointment scheduling
- Processing HICAPS payments and managing patient accounts accurately
- Providing chairside assistance when required
- Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Supporting practice marketing initiatives, both internal and external
- Helping with the day‑to‑day organisation and smooth running of the practice
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to provide high‑quality patient care

Previous reception, customer service or dental experience is highly regarded. Experience in dental assisting and familiarity with practice management systems will be an advantage, but is not essential.
