Club Maitland City is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Gaming Attendant and Receptionist to join our professional team. As one of the leading hospitality venues in the region, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our members and guests.
Applicants must have full Australian work rights to be considered for this position.
The role will involve day, night, and weekend shifts and will be 32+ Hours a week.
The successful applicant will have:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a gaming-related role
Experience from any gaming venue will be considered for the gaming role requirement
Demonstrated a high level of numeracy and literacy skills
Strong customer service focus with a vibrant, enthusiastic, and bubbly personality
Experience with IGT Advantage would be preferred but not essential
Barista and beverage skills are a bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
- Assisting members and guests with gaming-related enquiries.
- Promoting and upholding responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible conduct of gambling (RCG).
- Handling cash and transactions with accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming setting.
- Supporting team members and contributing to the overall success of the venue.
Both RSA and RCG certifications are required at the time of application.
