DEXA & CT

- Greet patients and manage appointments, registrations, and general enquiries

- Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email

- Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

- Customer service experience – prior medical reception experience is an advantage but not essential
