The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to coordinate patient journeys from referral to first outpatient appointment and through diagnostics and treatment planning.
The role requires proactive monitoring of 18 week and cancer waiting targets, data collection for performance reporting, and close collaboration with consultants, pre-assessment and reception staff.
