Due to our exceptional growth over the last 9 years and to support our future goals of continued expansion, we are looking for our next team member to join our amazing Customer Service supertsars..

A part time role 3 days per week as a Customer Service Superstar in our Wetherill Park office is available to the right candidate.

MON 9AM - 5PM

TUE 9AM - 5PM

WED 9AM-5PM

There may be occasions that you will be required to work on a Saturday, therefore applicants must have full working rights.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Taking 50 - 60 orders per day via phone and email
- Handling inbound enquiries - phone, email, website




- Handling complaints including escalated complaints
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Maintaining office amenities

To join our team, you will need to demonstrate:

- A strong proven background in order taking and customer service is a MUST
- Clear and concise telephone skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks
- Maturity and willingness to deal with issues
- Robust Excel and Word skills
- Confidence in using computers
- Ability and willingness to learn new programmes
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in a food service/food related and/or retail environment would be highly regarded
