The Royal Hobart Hospital in Tasmania is seeking a dynamic Nurse Unit Manager to lead the transformation of Ward 7A from a Medical Subspecialties Unit to a dedicated Neurology and Stroke Unit, including a two-bed Close Observation Unit and planned four-bed expansion.
You will guide clinical practice, workforce development, rostering and payroll system changes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver protected, high-quality, patient-centred care across Tasmania's neurological services.
