Lead the cutover of a state‑wide network migration, not maintain someone else's test scripts.

You'll own a testing strategy for a complex infrastructure program transitioning TSA services, including SAP BI, BRX, and SFTP, to new connectivity models through IPSEC, AWS PrivateLink, and MFT. This means building wave‑level test plans, coordinating execution across 170+ external agencies and vendors, and ensuring zero‑risk cutover for critical systems that keep essential services running.

Hybrid Melbourne‑based role through mid‑2026. Real autonomy to define test strategy and governance frameworks from the ground up. Own your schedule and approach while collaborating with internal teams, banks, and government stakeholders during structured test cycles. Some out‑of‑hours coordination is required during planned cutovers, balanced with flexibility between phases.

Lead defect triage, build executive dashboards, and run stakeholder workshops that create clarity across complex technical domains. Shape the migration matrix, define risk‑based coverage, and establish testing standards for network transitions. This isn't checkbox compliance work.

You'll make technical decisions that directly impact the reliability of infrastructure for millions of users.

What You'll Do:





- Develop infrastructure test strategy and wave‑level plans covering IPSEC, AWS PrivateLink, and MFT implementations
- Coordinate testing execution across 170+ agencies, vendors, and internal teams with clear documentation
- Manage defect registers, lead triage meetings, and provide executive readiness reports and dashboards
- Build cutover runbooks, post‑implementation reports, and decommissioning artefacts for TSA exits
- Run stakeholder workshops and provide Project and Steering Committee updates with testing metrics

What You'll Need:

- 10+ years of infrastructure or network testing leadership with proven IPSEC/VPN migration delivery
- Hands‑on experience with AWS PrivateLink, MFT implementations, and SFTP transitions
- Solid defect management background coordinating banks, government agencies, and enterprise vendors
- Expertise in batch scheduling validation, JCL testing, and AWS networking/monitoring tools
