Salesforce Delivery Manager

CalibrX is Australia’s leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we proudly partner with a growing Australian fintech business looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager to take ownership of delivery across its Salesforce platform team.

This is a key role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery rhythm across BAU and project work. You will run sprint ceremonies, manage the delivery backlog, coordinate an offshore Salesforce team, oversee capacity and utilisation, and provide leadership with clear visibility of progress, risks and upcoming delivery.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of delivery, challenge scope and capacity when required, remove blockers and create a strong delivery rhythm across the team.

Responsibilities:

- Own the Salesforce delivery cadence, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and showcases
- Manage two-week sprint cycles and ensure work is estimated, sequenced and delivered within agreed capacity
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of an offshore team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers
- Provide transparent reporting to senior leadership around progress, slippage, risks and future capacity
- Coordinate Salesforce releases across Development, UAT and Production




- Ensure Jira remains the source of truth for delivery work, workflows and reporting
- Maintain delivery documentation, release notes and ways of working in Confluence
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, team effectiveness and predictability

Experience:

- Proven experience leading Salesforce delivery within an Agile or Scrum environment
- Strong experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams
- Advanced experience using Jira for sprint management, workflows and reporting
- Experience working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, Developers and Technical Leads
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting delivery updates to senior leadership
- Confidence managing scope, competing priorities and team capacity
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced setting where priorities can change quickly
