What You'll Be Doing

As a Baskineer, you'll help bring joy to our guests by:

Welcoming every guest with a smile and delivering friendly, genuine service.

Scooping and preparing our delicious ice cream, shakes, sundaes and desserts to our quality standards.

Helping guests discover new flavours and making recommendations they'll love.

Working with your team to keep the store clean, organised and ready for every guest.

Operating the register and processing transactions accurately.

Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.





Bringing positive energy and helping create a fun team environment every shift.

What We Are Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:

Thrive in a fast-paced workplace.

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but it's your attitude that matters most.
- Must be available to work one weeknight shift and two weekend shifts.
