We’re Hiring: A Truly Specialised Support Worker : Gold Coast

We’re on the lookout for a super specialised support worker to join our team and support an incredible client living in a SIL home located in the beautiful Hope Island area, Gold Coast.

Set Sleepover Shifts Available:

- 1 to 2 sleepover shifts per week
- Options include: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday

About the Role

You’ll be providing 1:1 support to a participant with:

- Epilepsy

The ideal candidate will:

- Haveextensive experiencesupporting individuals with high and complex needs
- Confidently support bothverbal and non-verbal communication
- Managerestricted interests,repetitive behaviours, andlow social engagement
- Support a client withextreme difficulty adapting to change or routine
- Bring patience, consistency,



and a person-centred approach to every shift
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Completion of NDIS modules (Epilepsy and Mealtime Management highly regarded)
- Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2 years’ experienceworking with similar client profiles
