Engineering & Industrialisation Manager

Salary: $120,000-$160,000

Location: Liverpool, NSW

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering & Industrialisation Manager to lead product engineering, industrialisation and engineering-to-order activities within a manufacturing environment.

You’ll be the technical authority across the product lifecycle, working closely with Engineering, Production, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver practical, cost-effective and manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead product engineering, design and industrialisation
- Own the engineering-to-order process
- Drive new product development and continuous improvement
- Resolve complex technical and manufacturing issues
- Develop BOMs, drawings and engineering documentation
- Improve manufacturability, quality and production efficiency




- Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and suppliers

About You

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years engineering experience
- Strong power distribution engineering knowledge
- Product engineering, R&D; and industrialisation experience
- Experience in ETO or customised manufacturing
- Solid understanding of fabrication, assembly and tooling
- Confident with engineering drawings, BOMs and change control
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
