My client is seeking a Data Modeler to design, document, and implement data models that support information management, analytics, and broader data-driven initiatives.

About the Role

As a Data Modeler, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable conceptual, logical and physical data models. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, domain experts and engineering teams to deliver fit-for-purpose data solutions.

Design, document and maintain data models and modelling artefacts.

Translate business and data requirements into effective solutions.

Conduct modelling reviews and support engineering implementation.

Ensure data quality, consistency and completeness.

Promote modelling standards, governance and best practices.

Identify risks and challenges, providing practical solutions.

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

Hands-on data modelling and medallion architecture experience (bronze, silver, gold, etc)

Strong expertise in:





- Dimensional modelling techniques

Experience with:

- Cloud-based relational database platforms (Azure)
- Enterprise data modelling tools
- Agile delivery methodologies and design-to-development lifecycles

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and business audiences

A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
