NRMA Marine in Sydney is seeking experienced Masters <45m to join our vessel operations on a casual/part-time basis. You will work a 7-day rotating roster and be responsible for secure, compliant navigation, crew supervision and preparing the vessel for service.
You will ensure passenger safety and satisfaction, manage security and training, and uphold our Safety Management System while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork across the crew.
