ABOUT THE ROLE:
The ICT & Digital Systems Manager is responsible for the effective, secure and reliable operation of KTF's information and communications technology workplace across Australia and Papua New Guinea. The role provides both strategic oversight and hands‑on technical support across KTF's hardware, software, cloud platforms, user accounts, networks, internet connectivity, domains, websites and cybersecurity environment.
A key focus of the role is ensuring that KTF's technology is practical, secure and appropriate for the environments in which the organisation operates, including remote locations in Papua New Guinea where connectivity, infrastructure and technical support can be constrained. The role will also provide technical guidance and support to KTF-supported education institutions and programs, including Balimo College, Balimo Academy - a K-12 school, KTF-supported FODE Colleges and other sites where KTF manages or supports technology infrastructure. The role will work closely with the COO, Australian and PNG operational teams, program teams, external ICT providers and education leaders to ensure technology enables rather than constrains KTF's work.

This position may require travel to Papua New Guinea from time to time.
