As a Senior Psychologist, you'll play an important role in improving the wellbeing of people facing complex physical and psychological health challenges. From delivering advanced clinical care to guiding service improvement and supporting colleagues, you'll contribute to outcomes that strengthen patient care and build capability across the health service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering evidence‑based assessment and therapeutic support that helps patients and families achieve meaningful health outcomes.
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, person‑centred care for complex presentations.
- Leading service improvements that enhance quality, efficiency and patient experience.
- Mentoring and supporting emerging clinicians, students and colleagues to strengthen professional practice.

Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Extensive experience providing high‑level psychological assessment, formulation and intervention.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across multidisciplinary environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to service development.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supervising clinicians or students and/or a solid background working with complex health, rehabilitation, paediatric, aged care or palliative care populations.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about improving health outcomes, supporting others to grow, and creating positive change through person‑centred care.
