Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications. We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.

About the Role

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the administration, monitoring and supports the continuous improvement of Ocius' NetSuite ERP platform. The role ensures data integrity, system reliability, user support and effective business processes across the Finance, Manufacturing and Operation functions. This role will be instrumental in building a robust, well-governed ERP workplace that supports growth, drives operational efficiency and provides accurate, timely information for business decision-making.

Key areas of ownership will be NetSuite Administration, Governance & User Support,



Continuous Improvements of ERP Processes and Reporting & Data Management within Business Functions

Cloud-based ERP Administrator with 4+ years' hands-on experience, specialisation in NetSuiteProven ability in administrating ERP functions including; system configuration, user accounts, and day to day support

Experience maintaining and improving ERP financial processes; ensuring data accuracy, reliability and traceability

Demonstrated capacity to troubleshoot complex ERP process and approval issues and support stakeholders

Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and build solutions within ERP to meet needs

Due to the nature of our business, we require Australian Citizenship for all roles. In this role you would need the ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance (do not require a clearance before commencing).
