Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications in production environments.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel , or similar.
- Strong API and backend development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django .
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions , and modern engineering practices.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases , including vector stores.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, security,



and performance optimisation.

Highly Desirable

- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, evaluation frameworks, and model observability.
- Experience in banking, financial services, cards, payments, lending, or regulated industries.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development practices.
