Pax8 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic hiring, partner with leaders, and shape hiring decisions in an AI-powered environment. You’ll elevate talent quality and continuously improve how Pax8 attracts and selects talent within a rapidly scaling, APAC context.
Based in Brisbane, you’ll begin in-office for 6 months with a path to hybrid work (up to 2 days remote/week) while maintaining solid human judgement and ethics in a tech-forward recruitment function.
