Marketing Manager | Brand, Campaigns & Customer Growth

Ready to own campaigns that drive customer acquisition, loyalty and commercial results?

We're looking for a commercially-minded Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for a nationally recognised consumer brand. You'll sit at the heart of the business, partnering across brand, product, digital, CRM, media and operations to create campaigns that build awareness, drive traffic and deliver real business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Develop commercially focused marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, sales and loyalty.
- Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Analyse customer insights, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Support product launches, promotions and innovation initiatives.
- Optimise digital,



CRM and media performance to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, hospitality, QSR or another fast-paced consumer environment.
- Strong campaign management and project delivery skills.
- Commercially savvy with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders across diverse functions.
- Robust understanding of CRM, customer engagement and loyalty marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
