Now we're looking for an all-rounder Assistant manager to help us keep it that way for the next 65.

About the Role

This is a genuine all-rounder position for someone who likes variety and taking responsibility.

- Serving customers and driving sales on the shop floor
- Processing and merchandising stock
- Working across the pawn side of the business — loans, redemptions, and valuations
- Helping run the day-to-day so the store operates smoothly

What We're Looking For

- A reliable, hands-on person who takes pride in their work
- Comfortable talking to customers and confident handling sales
- Trustworthy and level-headed
- Available to work on Saturdays
- Experience in retail, pawnbroking, or a similar customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential — we're happy to train the right person
- Ability to make decisions, work with people and work independently
