The Opportunity

Lead a dedicated administration team that supports the delivery of important regulatory and community services across Noosa. In this rewarding leadership role, you'll drive efficient business processes, coordinate administrative operations, and help ensure high‑quality customer service and compliance outcomes for the Healthy Places and Property Branch.

- Position Remuneration - LGOA Level 4
- $93,213 base annual salary
- $105,804 Total Remuneration Package which is based on a full‑time employee and inclusive of 12% Employer superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About You

You're an experienced administration professional with a passion for leadership, customer service and continuous improvement. You enjoy developing people, streamlining processes and finding practical solutions to complex challenges. With strong communication and organisational skills, you're committed to delivering efficient, customer‑focused services while fostering a positive and team-oriented team culture.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the delivery of administration services, ensuring high standards of customer service, records management and business support
- Develop, mentor and support the administration team to achieve service excellence and branch objectives
- Review and improve administrative systems, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency and compliance
- Manage and support the effective use of business systems, databases and information management processes across the branch

Skills and Experience

- Experience leading administration, business support or customer service functions in a complex operational environment
- Strong knowledge of records management, business systems and administrative processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve systems, procedures and service delivery practices
- High‑level organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to implement practical solutions
- Experience using corporate business systems and information management platforms

Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Business, Business Administration, Local Government or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Current C Class driver licence
