The Opportunity

On offer,a brilliant opportunity for a professional and experienced Property Manager to join us on a full-time basis in our St Kilda office and take ownership of a dynamic and varied portfolio of approximately 150 predominately new properties. Your daily focus will be on delivering aquality experience to our clients ensuring further growth of the portfolio and some work from home and start time flexibility may be possible to manage your portfolio.

The Skills

You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, outstanding organisational and customer service skills and attention to detail.

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Attend property inspections;
- Oversee timely lease renewals & rentincreases;
- Manage timely resolution of maintenance requests; and




- Attend VCAT as required (including casepreparation)

Essential:

- Minimum 3 Years property management experience
- Previously managed a portfolio end to end;
- Victorian driver's licence & own car;
- VCAT experience (presenting & casepreparation)
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate;
- Drive, ambition and a passion for real estate

Desirable:

- Experience with PropertyMe
- Experience with Offshore Admin Assistance and 'The Hub' or similar platform
