Orica is seeking an experienced Business Partner to embed with the Helidon manufacturing site, working directly with site management, engineering, supply chain and operations teams to improve manufacturing performance.
You will be the trusted finance partner, delivering actionable insights from production data, costing and budgeting to influence decisions that drive efficiency. The role may include 2–3 days per week on site, enabling close collaboration and rapid response to operational needs.
