HR Advisor - Part-Time | Nambeelup

Permanent | 3 days per week | $120,000 + super FTE

A great opportunity to take ownership of HR at a brand-new manufacturing facility and help shape the culture and employee experience from the ground up.

We're partnering with a well-established global food manufacturing business to appoint a hands-on HR Advisor for its new WA operation in Nambeelup .

Working three days per week, you'll be the dedicated HR presence on site, supported by an experienced ANZ HR team and partnering closely with the Plant Manager and site leadership team.

The site will initially employ around 50 people, with plans to expand production lines, shifts and headcount as the operation grows.

The role

Reporting to the Head of HR ANZ, your remit will include:

- Employee relations and performance management
- Investigations and difficult conversations
- Coaching and supporting site leaders
- Employee engagement and culture initiatives
