St John of God Health Care is seeking a Donor Relationship Manager (Philanthropy) to lead major gifts and gifts in wills initiatives across WA hospitals. You will cultivate high-net-worth donors, prepare proposals, and work with clinicians and executives to drive philanthropic growth.

The role requires 7+ years in fundraising, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency. Travel intrastate/interstate and after-hours events are expected as part of a agile, mission-driven team.
