Queensland Foster and Kinship Care (QFKC) is seeking a Senior Team Leader to drive the statewide Carer Hubs program and supervise a regionally based Retention and Development Officers team. This role connects carers, stakeholders and frontline delivery while aligning regional activities with the strategic vision.

You will lead Carer Hub activities across Brisbane and Moreton Bay, shaping a recent statewide model of support and ensuring services stay responsive to local needs and opportunities.
