Contracts Administrator | Developer/Builder | Bulimba | Hybrid

ASSEMBLE have been engaged to recruit a Contract Administrator with 2-5 years experience on behalf of a growing Brisbane-based developer/builder who in three years have grown to $70M turnover, 37 staff, and a live project pipeline spanning boutique luxury apartments, townhouse developments, commercial and industrial builds across Brisbane. The Director was previously a PM from the most prominent Tier 2 builder in Brisbane.

With 50% of their projects being their own in-house developments, you'll get exposure across the full development lifecycle not just the construction phase.

Contracts Administrator (hybrid — 3 days office, 2 days on site)

Work across a diverse project mix including large scale townhouse developments, luxury apartments (medium-rise), industrial and commercial projects.

Exposure to both development and construction phases, quick track progression to PM

About you

2–5 years experience as a CA delivering multi residential, commercial or industrial projects in South East QLD.

Hungry to grow and keen to be backed by a leadership team that genuinely invests in people

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
