MECCA Brands is seeking a Loyalty Operations Specialist to drive the BeatLoop campaigns from planning to execution. You will coordinate end-to-end operational readiness across stores and digital touchpoints, ensuring campaign schedules, inventory availability and cross-functional alignment are optimised for a seamless Beauty Loop experience.

You will partner with Retail, Customer Care, Supply Chain and Ecommerce, delivering proactive reporting, identifying risks and implementing improvements
