Now we are bringing that experience to North Ryde - Macquarie Centre, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the way.

Your Roll

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, driving store performance, and delivering an exceptional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets




- Drive a luxury customer experience, building genuine connections with each client
- Oversee daily operations including rostering, stock control, store presentation and visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with brand and company policies
- Collaborate with Area Managers and Head Office teams to support marketing, training and reporting needs
- Play a hands-on role in assisting customers with frame selection and eyewear styling
- Foster a team culture that’s positive, professional, and up to date with the latest in the optical industry

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Retail management experience is essential
- Optical Experience is preferred but not essential. We provide comprehensive training
- Customer Centric Approach: A passion for customer service and leading by example
- Teamwork minded: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in transactions and product handling
- Visual merchandising and stock management experience
- Flexibility to work across weekends and peak trading periods
