HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Chef De Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets at 203 Stoney Creek Rd, Kingsgrove NSW 2207 As a Chef De Partie in our Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs.
- Contribute to menu planning and stay updated on food trends and techniques.
- Liaise with managers and other staff regarding food preparation issues.
- Help train and support kitchen team members.




- You will also supervise Demi Chef, Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants,

acting as a hands-on leader and role model within the team.

- Lead by example and work independently when required.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Monitor performance and train junior kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and order food supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management & Dip of Hosp Mgmt.

or 3 years Work Exp

- Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Honest, humble, and results-driven
