Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Manager at Corbett & Claude, located in Brisbane CBD, QLD. The Venue Manager will oversee the daily operations of the venue, including supervision of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating events, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive team environment to deliver an exceptional guest experience.



The Venue Manager will also work on strategizing to enhance revenue and the overall reputation of the venue.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to provide excellent guest experiences and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Strong abilities in Venue Management and Budgeting, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance of the venue.
- Experience in hospitality, with skills in planning, organizing, and executing events that meet client and guest expectations.
- Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
