Northern Rivers Housing (NRH) is seeking a Tenancy Manager to deliver best‑practice social and affordable housing services, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction aligned with NRH values.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role manages a portfolio of properties and is responsible for establishing and ending tenancies, conducting tenant visits and property inspections, managing rent and non‑rent arrears, completing subsidy reviews and complying with policies and procedures.
