Installation Technician - Blinds, Awnings, Screens & Shutters

You'll be out across the Sunshine Coast daily - Noosa to Caloundra and everywhere in between - installing our full product range in residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role, so we need someone who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work and knows how to leave a customer feeling confident and well looked after.

Key responsibilities

- Installing roller blinds, venetians, panel glides, Roman blinds, vertical blinds, plantation shutters, security screens, fly screens, screen doors, awnings, retractable screens, zip screens, and curtain tracks
- Conducting on‑site measure checks and confirming fit before installation
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues on the spot
- Walking customers through their new products at handover
- Keeping your vehicle, tools and materials in valuable order
- Communicating with Management to coordinate your daily schedule

About you

- Solid hands‑on experience installing blinds, screens, shutters, awnings or similar products
- Trade background in carpentry, glazing or fit‑out
- Comfortable working at heights and with power tools




- Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
- High attention to detail and a finish you'd be proud to put your name to
- Friendly, professional manner with residential and commercial customers
- Ability to work independently and manage your day without close supervision
- White Card is preferable
