About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Advisor to join our team.This role will primarily be supporting our Goonyella and Blackwater operations. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue standard employee correspondence
- Supporting our project and office teams with a range of HR activities that fall within the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, investigation and disciplinary processes, talent & succession processes,maintainingHR records and databases and setting up andmaintainingreporting dashboards for our leaders
- Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor on culture initiatives for our projects
- Providingaccurateand pragmaticHR advice across employee relations, workforce planning,cultureandcompliance




- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast pacedenvironment
- Solid critical thinking and problem solvingskills

Please note: this role will require regular site travel.

About You:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications(desirable)
- 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role
- Experience using HR systems such as SAP
- Computer literacy is essential, including the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective problem-solvingskills and the ability to plan, organise and resource effectively
- High levelof initiative and the ability to influence outcomes through others
