Thrive Care and Education seeks a seasoned People and Culture Partner to own compliance and the entire employee lifecycle across Current South Wales and Victoria. You will lead onboarding, records, and first-line employee relations, reporting to the Executive General Manager and collaborating with Area Managers.

The role requires managing statutory checks, award interpretation, and HRIS activities, with a focus on improving processes and employee engagement. Prior multi-site experience is essential.
