About the role

Alpha Doors and Building Supplies, a Melbourne-based supplier of premium-quality doors and building supplies, is currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. Operating out of Clyde in the Casey area, the company specializes in external entry doors, internal doors, temple doors, custom-made designs, and mouldings, combining durability, elegance, and contemporary design with professional installation services.

Key responsibilities

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, laminate, and other materials using hand and power tools
- Installing doors, frames, mouldings, and related building components in accordance with company and industry standards
- Repairing and maintaining existing wooden structures, fittings,



and custom installations
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all relevant workplace health and safety guidelines

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package ranging from A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year, reflecting the full-time and permanent nature of the position.
