Job Description

SMB Glass Windows & Doors is a leading manufacturer of premium aluminum windows and doors servicing residential and commercial construction projects across Victoria. As our business continues to grow and modernize, we are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support financial performance, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making across the organization in our office in Dandenong South, VIC.

About the Role

This is a commercially focused position that works closely with production, operations and leadership teams. You will play a key role in manufacturing costing, reporting, inventory management, business systems improvement and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
- Develop and maintain manufacturing costing models
- Analyze product, project and customer profitability
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs, labor efficiency and production performance
- Support inventory control, procurement reporting and stock optimization
- Assist with ERP, CRM and business systems implementation project
- Develop management dashboards and reporting tools




- Support audit, compliance and statutory reporting requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- CA, CPA or ACCA qualification (or working towards)
- Minimum 5 years' management accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong product costing and financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management experience
- Experience with ERP and business systems implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly regarded:

- Experience within aluminum, glass, façade, manufacturing or construction products industries
- Power BI reporting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, HubSpot, SAP Business

One, MYOB Advanced, Frappe ERP or similar systems

- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization

Salary range is $80,000-$95,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Application opens on 11th of August 2026 and closes on 11th of September 2026.
