Acumen Corp is a commercial builder specialising in fitout & construction projects. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and help us maintain that reputation.

What you'll be doing

- Managing all on-site activities from pre-start through to practical completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel across aviation and fitout works
- Ensuring full compliance with OH&S;, airport security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Liaising with clients, project managers, consultants, and airport/facility stakeholders
- Maintaining site documentation, diaries, ITPs, and inspection records
- Managing works in live, operational environments with minimal disruption to end users

What we're looking for





- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction — fitout and/or aviation experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working in access-controlled, security-sensitive environments
- Current Construction Induction (White Card) and valid driver's licence
- Strong knowledge of building codes, Australian Standards, and WHS legislation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- A solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail and finish quality
